By using BusinessOS (https://www.businessos.bd) you agree to these terms.

1. The service

BusinessOS is software for online sellers to manage orders, customers, stock, accounts, courier booking and customer messages. We do not sell products or hold customer money on behalf of sellers except through clearly described payment features.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for your login and for activity in your workspace.
• You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful business.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WooCommerce, couriers or payment gateways, you must follow their terms. You can disconnect at any time.

4. Payments

Paid modules and usage are billed as shown on the pricing page. Fees already used are not refundable unless required by law.

5. Prohibited use

No spam, fraud, illegal products, or attempts to break the service's security.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms, couriers or network outages.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will show the new date here. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
